All our serving boards are hand embellished with resin and created with care. To keep your board in good condition please follow our instructions. Please do not cut food on the resin side of the board as this will damage the resin and ruin the look. The resin side is purely for decoration. The heart-shaped board itself is made of acacia which is stronger than most hardwoods yet lightweight.
Do not use a dishwasher, hand wash only with warm soapy water and wipe dry. Do not leave in water for extended periods to avoid damaging the wood and surface resin. Do not scrub with abrasive materials. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
