Shipping and Returns
We aim to have every order, placed before lunchtime, packaged and shipped on the day the order is made. Some exceptions may apply to this. We have chosen standard shipping to reduce costs for our customers so please allow enough time for delivery.
All items can be returned except for earrings due to hygiene concerns. An item can be returned within 7 days of receipt due to damage on arrival or unsuitability. Items cannot be returned, however, if they have been worn. Please see our section on product care information for prolonging the life of your jewellery piece. Contact us by email at email@example.com if you are making a return and we will help you out. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage or return goods by registered post as we will not be responsible for parcels that get lost on return. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs.
